100 Days today and NRT Free, So pleased..... Not been easy should have come off patches earlier, but hey they worked for me so its done now.....Going out tonight to celebrate 2 milestones completed....

Hi Kaz, what a star! 100 days and no nrt free, you definatly should go out tonight and celebrate!

I will reach 100 days tomorrow, not quite nrt free yet but my goal is to go nrt completely free on sunday - its fathers day and i am doing the race for life for cancer research in memory of my dad, i lost him 2 years ago and promised him i would stop smoking, it has been a tough journey, but i think to go nrt free on sunday will feel the right time and to complete the race and be completely quit will be the best thing i could do in my dads memory.

Also to u too Tracy, What a brilliant idea to go NRT Free on the day u run your race in memory of your dad..... He would be so proud of you, even if u didnt go NRT just because u have acheived so much (100 days, 3 months all smoke free) NRT free as well as a brilliant run in aid of charity is a bonus.....
