just seem to be rolling through the days now.

I cant get over how well i feel when i wake up in the morning its incredible.

and no hangovers at all. its basically genius. and so much energy and positivity mentally.

should have done this a long long time ago.

I'm not a big drinker these days but on the rare occasion I go you I make up for it. I've been amazed how light my hangovers are now as a non smokers, I suspect that half of the smokers hang over I had was due to having smoked an additional 10-15 than I would normally have done in a day :eek:

Anyway, you sound really positive that's great and I'm another one that wishes that I'd quit years back, not least because of the obscene amount of money I've literally burned over the years!!

Way to go bman On day 5 here but am also really impressed with how great I feel. We've just gotta remember this positive feelings when the whole thing gets a bit blah.
