Nrt free.........

Hi guys, Decided yesterday Not to put a patch on till later in day, then as day went on, Not put one on at all..... I am now on day 2 NRT free...... Its almost 100 days I have quit now and felt it was about time I came off NRT.... Just kept putting it off all the time, as was scared I would fail.... Not to bad so far..... Fingers crossed, Had a few cravings but overall quite pleased...... Hopefully got over the worst....... Keep up the great work everyone...... Kaz x

Good for you Kaz. I was a bit weary as well about finishing, but, when the patches were making my skin too sore, my adviser said "Take it off when you go to bed" took it off and never used another one. David xx
