Same here. I also used Allen Carr. I must admit I have a few craving recently because of a few changes in my life, but I just think about the logical aspect of smoking and just realise thats its just a waste of time etc. Its so good to be a non smoker now. I have become more out going and have stopped coughing especially during the night. Well Done on your quit. Cheers mas
