I've not been on in a while so I thought I would check in. I had to stay away for a short break as I found myself thinking more and more of smoking as I spent a lot of time on this site.
So I went away, regrouped and I'm glad to report that tomorrow I will be starting my 50th day as a non smoker.
I feel great and I am finding life so much sweeter.
Because of this quit I have proved to myself I can change anything else in my life I'm not to happy with.
What I mean is that stopping smoking was always going to be the biggest change I was ever going to make so the other things are just falling into place.
Over the last three weeks I have changed my diet and started jogging no less
I just today signed up for the 10K race for life to raise some money for cancer research
Hope everyone else is doing well with there quit and have a great smoke free day.
How many of the April shower crew are still hanging in there?

Hi Mel
I'm still on the champix and plan to see the course through. I stopped them to early the last time and I failed that quit.
Half a cig in 5 weeks is a tiny blip and fair play putting yourself back at day 1.
