hi everyone,

im still here ,done 20 days smoke free and feel ggrreatttt.

i have not smoked 400 cigs and saved a huge 100 pds in cash.

the bruises have actually faded on my ankles,this is the healthiest ive felt in a long time.

im really proud of myself.this is doable,cos im doing it.
