Hi Steph,

Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your decision to quit. One of the best decisions you will ever make.

And yes, that is what we smelled like when we smoked. Amazing how we could turn a blind eye (nostril!) to that.

Stay feeling positive, it's a great start. If you haven't already done so, do check out these sites woofmang.com and whyquit.com . Loads of good stuff on there.

Hey Steph,

Welocome and keep up the good spirits.

I like the idea of the Wii. My son has one, although I am not sure what to do with it.

It could be just the thing for me to try and combat any weight gain.
