Day 5 for me

Still hanging in there. Yesterday was pretty horrible. That gnawing feeling in my stomach started and just didn't stop even though most of the nicotine should have been out of my system. Anyway I didn't smoke so I am still here and pleased to say that feeling is not there today so fingers crossed that it has passed. I didn't expect day 4 to be the worst but there you go, we're all different.

Day 6

Again, thanks to everyone for the support. I feel a lot better to day apart from a sore throat which began yesterday. Almost lunchtime here and I haven't had a notion for a ciggy. Still thinking about it all the time but not actually wanting one.

Good morning all,

I am on day 7 and feeling good and positive. Sore throat starting to improve slowly (hubby says that's what happens when I don't have a coating of tar on it).
