...I had a couple puffs on Saturday night, I dont remember doing it.

If I did, Ive had more vivid smoking dreams that the real thing.

All I know is, I woke up on Sunday with a head ache and a weird taste in my mouth.

This is the 2nd time I've had a puff while out and drinking with friends in nearly 3 months.

Not wanted one before Saturday, not wanted one During or after. I dont even remember having one. Dont know if I did or didnt, only want people tell me.

I dont remenber, it didnt happen as far as Im concerned. This quit is the last quit

Maybe people are winding you up and trying to have a laugh or are just jealous beacuse you quit and they didn't, can't or won't

Forget it and carry on but be a bit more careful next time, drink less or you could find yourself right back at the on day 1 again and I'm sure you don't want that do you !!!!!!

It was a good night, there were quite a few of us with hazey memories abiuyt events and places.

I dont over do things too often nornmally but it was a friends birthday and house warming party.

Was a great weekend as well, not just the party.

Hi Maverick,

I wouldn't let it bother you too much as to whether you did or not. If you did it was probably only a puff, and I'm sure you wouldn't want that to spoil your quit.

Might be good though to use it as a reminder that we have to be on our guard. Constantly. And especially when there is alcohol about. The thought of a pint and a fag to go with it is enticing for me. But I daren't do it even once. I'll allow the thought, but not the reality.
