margareth thnx for your continued support and yes I am proud and over feeling in mourning. I remember around day 70, it felt like day 1 and there has been a few days where I felt like I could smoke. I just feel that if I even tried I would get back soooo better safe than sorry. I have been around smokers and still didn't go there! Amazingly since the day I quit...I didn't even sneak a puff!

Now my next battle will be to lose weight!
