another attempt

Hi all decided to have another go at quitting been on here a lot times in the past this must be something like my 1000th quit.Haven't been feeling to great lately so time to try to quit again.I am trying the patches as i have got quite a lot in my cupboard from previous attempts.I smoked my last 1 today at 16.00 hrs .
