Evening

I just went on woofmang.com I wanted to know how many days I've been a non smoker and boy don't it feel good. I've had a few rough days and probably more to come but I will cope with out a ciggie. It will be 91 days tomorrow or 13 weeks, 131 040 minutes I got carried away and Googled it lol.

91 days and the sun is out can't wait for my 100th day now

this is the best I've ever done, and this forum has played a very big part in that.

Thanks Marg, Bellablue13 it's been a good day with a little sadness when I think of my sister. Went for my walk and caught the sun we even had our lunch in the garden today. I have only had 1 craving today and that didn't last long so my 91th day as a non smoker has been good. Hope tomorrow will be to.
