Hope everyone is well and feeling great .

Well on day 11 and its getting better each day that goes by.

hope everyone has a great bank holiday. off to the seaside now to take in some sea air, and of course fish & chips.

Have a fab day 11, and enjoy your chish and fips, they'll taste so much better without the fag smoke curling round them.

I live on the coast, a two minute walk to the beach, probably out for a stroll along the strand later.
