Day 10 already, feel like a new me, have felt poorly for a few weeks before i came a non smoker but now i already feel better, have thought about ciggies today but i am not going to give in.....not this time. walked around the shops today and or i could smell was fags on people it was:eek:, glad i'm not smelling like that anymore, wishing you all the best and hope this feeling last love Debbie
