Am so happy i have reached this far! and well done to everyone else!
Whats dragging me down a bit at the moment tho is the symptoms of stopping that I hadn't bargained on!
I'm getting a bit of shortness of breath at times, kinda of like i need to cough but cant, i believe this is normal, just wondered if anyone else is struggling with this or did and how long it lasts....or anyone any tips on anything to take/do that could help?

I am also on 25 days today and have been getting some chest twinges and shortness of breath, I went to see the doc and she said it was probably to do with the quit so don't worry too much but i would still go and get checked out if I was you. Good luck with keeping off the stinky ciggies, not long now and we can count in months
I started doing a bit more coughing last night and today which seems to have shifted something a bit *nice* but still a bit gaspy, gonna go to docs next week and just check.
Yep the month marks coming, well done u 2! see you in the week 4 postings soon!
25 days is great well done you, the chest thing is probably through quitting but you should get it checked out to be sure
