On glorious day nine and feeling great !!. the sun is shinning its a beautiful day im nicotine free what could be better than that.

Hope everyone else is getting on ok, stay strong.

As each day passes it has got easier, im expecting some mega craves to come unexpected but im ready to face them head on.
