HI everyone,

Now on day 8 and feeling really happy .

Hope everyone else is doing ok in their quit.

Had a horrible day yesterday with craves , hoping today will be a breeze.

one day at a time. staying positive and determined to beat this addiction

for once and all.

it's funny but i am on day 8 like you and feeling OK today, but yesterday i to had a very bad day, wanted a ciggy Sooooo bad but didn't i think we are doing really well and to give ourselves a pat on the back, we have to keep going

Well done Ali you sound happy with your lot and so you should be a whole 8 days I remember how that felt.

When I see your posts I get very happy memories as I was born in a small village not far from Cambridge, I love it there.

I wish you many more days (it will be weeks soon) smoke free.

Thanks i look forward to reaching wk`s... tonight has been quite tough

little voices keep popping up telling me to try just one, but i am determined i will never smoke again. just worrying about how long i am going to feel this way.
