Making it! Day 3 and up for the fight

Thanks everyone supporting. I know I will make it through day 3. There's no other possibility. Keep it up! Let's do it!

By the way, I'm devouring peanuts since 8 AM. And dinking a lot of water. Works for me... and chewed a Nocotine gum this morning before driving.

hi there Jigbuss,

You are doing really well, it takes on average three days for nicotine to leave your system so by tomorow you should be clear of the physical need. I have a couple of links in my signature, if you have a look at them you might find some useful information.

Will physical need stay with 4-5 Nicotine gums per day? Should I cut them radically?

Hello again,

I am sorry I forgot about the gum which is a replacement for the nicotine, But if it helps you get away from the habit of smoking that is a good thing as for stopping the gum that would have to be your decision. One thing you will notice is every one on his forum is different, one method may work for some and not others the most important thing I can suggest is to educate yourself about the addiction to nicotine most people on this site will tell you the more you know the easier it will be to break the habit.
