love ali xx
Its horride when it is like that, I know how you feel. Hope it has passed now and you are feeling better.
Well done for your first week, glad you are feeling positive about your stopping smoking. I did the same with the eating and I have to say I put on 1 stone in weight over about 7 week period. I have been walking it off. I now do a brisk 5 miles a day walk 5-6 days a week. I don't think I could of managed that if I had not stopped smoking and the weight has nearly come off and toned my legs and thighs too. I actually love walking now and it helps me to focus on not letting the nicotine monster back into my life. My skin and hair is now looking better and my teeth so things are looking good, good luck to you.
I am ok now had well bad craves dont know what came over me but i did not give in.
Thankyou for your replies.
Dolly i think i am going to need to do ten mile walks ha ha, im sure a stone has gone on this week. what the hell better to have a bit of puppy fat than knackered lungs.
