Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your decision to quit, one of the best decisions you will ever make.

Well done, you've almost completed a week. I went cold turkey also, and whether it counted as "brain fog" or not, I did experience some slightly strange things in the early days. Mostly it would be to do with increased oxygen supply to the brain, and everywhere else too. But it does settle down after a while.

If you haven't already checked them out do have a look at whyquit.com and woofmang.com both good sites.

keep strong

Deke

Thanks for the warm invite....Yeah it seems like my brain can't focus or concentrate very well, i felt so energetic this morning but after doing some laundry i felt like i have not slept in a week...this is day 7 for me:D

has anyone else had these symptoms? maybey its a double detox because i have not had drink in 10 days...

Atleast my cigarette cravings have really dropped!!!! and so has my appettite for junk food....
