well im passed every test so far but tonight i am going out for the first time since my quit, im back in touch with old school mates i havent seen for 15 years!!! any advice besides dont go outside lol

Jusy one little bit of advice if it was me I'd have just a couple of drinks and then switch to soft drinks especially since this is yiur first night out since you quit

well i went out got total wrecked, dave ofgy i went in town then ended up in meggies went to flairs n that, andways had a great smoke free night. im moving soon so if anything drives me back to smokin it will be moving .

I moved house on day 7, complete with kiddie and hired van (did everything myself). I was very tempted several times that weekend, but chose not to smoke.

Moving house cannot make you smoke - you choosing to smoke in response to a trigger is all that can make you smoke

Choose not to.

I'm sorry that this might seem a little blunt.... but it's true.There is nothing that can make you smoke, except the choice to put a cigarette in your mouth, light it and inhale.

You'll be ok Sue, you'll keep finding you're passing these little tests, one of them, going out on the piss went allright, so keep doing what you've been doing and that will be another one you'll be able to handle. Glad you enjoyed your night out. David xx
