I'm sorry about your nephew but you know if you stop and think about it That you smoking will not make him feel better or anything else for that matter don't you?

Why not have an early night and you'll feel better in the morning

You will have so many regrets if you give in now and be so angry with yourself that you'll feel even worse than you do now
