Can I join in? I've been wondering around this forum since I quit on the 6th April and thought I really should get involved! I've smoked 20+ a day since I was 14 and have only tried to stop once before - which only lasted 5 weeks.
This time I really, really want to quit, I've got 2 boys and I'm so frightened that one day I might not be there for them, not only that I suffer from Asthma so I have mega health reasons to stop smoking too!!!
I would just like to say a BIG THANKYOU to everyone on this forum, I can honestly say I have only got this far because of all the input I have read on this forum.
