Felt snappy...........

all day, but managed not to snap (well may be a little one). I had the smoking dreams last night where I was smoking like I could take or leave it and think that has been bugging me all day. Ive really thrown myself into the physical stuff even changing Mums bedding decided to turn mattress just to give myself a good work out and that did help.

Mark will be celebrating his one calander month tomorrow (which I should also have been sob). Really proud of him as he has had some tough craves but last night he didnt mention it once and neither did I so hope that means that we are getting to a good point in the quit.

Hugs everyone ;)

Well the fact that you can control your snappiness means that you are winning!

You are able to understand why it is there and that its not something you need to act on, that's great.

I think that there is every chance that this time will be THE time and stick.

The snappiness will ease off and you will find it much easier as time goes on.

Well done

Nic

Trendy know the feeling, feel very snappy at moment, fortunately all on my own as OH is at work, at least I can kick a wall and shout to my hearts content even rip a few legs of some teddys at least not snap and OH or any other person, although can rant on here which is very useful lol. Stay strong.

Hes not too bad this is his first COLD sorry man flu while not smoking and he hasnt had the cough he usually does. I bought his cough medicine as I usually do when he has a cold and when he got home said he didnt need it, plus he seems to be recovering a lot quicker than normal so that is another plus point for not smoking.;)
