Hi all,
Just wondering what the hell is the matter with me four and a half months in and I am struggling like mad today, everything is setting me off and for some reason I really want a smoke not that I am going to give in, never mind, whinge over I will just go and stick my head in a bucket:D

Whinge as much as you like if it helps who cares just carry on resisting that urge
Sticking you head in a bucket sounds a bit drastic to me but if it helps do it HA HA
I hope you'll feel better in a while, don't know what to advice as not met this one although I had a smoking dream the other night at nearly 6 months so I guess we can all suffer at times woke up convinced I'd smoked arghhhhhh but of course no fags around anymore

I had a sunny day trigger the other day. Just fancied the whole BBQ, beer and smoke in the sinshine and it niggled all day. I am not as far on, only three months but maybe you hit a trigger?? Anyway, no you can't smoke!

I've been just the same the last three days or so, starting to get back to normal now. Don't know what set me off, all is well, just a test for us I should think. As long as we just breathe in, breathe out and don't do it through tobacco we'll be ok. I'm a bit less than Fiona too. (with her sinshine) David
