Month 3 almost!!

Christ its flown by.... I have about another 3 weeks og 5 mg patchees then its cold turkey , mood swings and stuff is scary!! fee sorry for the wife and kids all have been great!!, espec wife!!, keep it up everyone its worth it longest and first time Ive stopped!! now aged 37!!

Hi There

Try not to be "scared" of going CT, even give it a go before you need to come off them to see how you go. I did this with the inhalator, had a couple of attempts and have now been off a fortnight. At least if you feel wobbly you can go back on them and stay on track.
