One month today...

I have finally done a month...not one puff of a cigarette for 4 weeks..I have had ups and downs, cravings and times of absolute smoke free bliss...I have had dog ends in my mouth ready to light them, I have sniffed empty ashtrays, I have cried over a lost friend that I can never see again....I have been angry and almost divorced my wife..I have washed up so many times just to do something with my hands...BUT...I have not smoked and it is getting easier..please stick at it people...It will be the single best thing you do today....one day at a time!!!!
