I seem to remember quite a few people quitting on NSD 2009 (+/- 1 day, was it the 9th or the 10th I cant remember?!)..

..so how many of us are still on here???

Not sure which group i belong to - February or March - I stubbed my last cigarette out exactly on midnight night of Feb 28th / Morning of March 1st and haven't had one since - maybe I belong to both groups!

Yeah am still with u,, and really proud to be....

I quit 2 days before NSD ..... 2 Months exactly on Saturday, Day 60 also today and doing very well most days.... Keep up the good work everyone..... Kaz

evening all.. great to see you guys are still here!

def. wont forget it tracy, but I have to admit that at the time I didnt event realise it was NSD! I was actually starting a new quit after falling off of a 3 week quit starting 14th of Feb!

still cant believe its nearly 60 days already! I cant say its been the happiest 60 days of my life but quite possibly the most live changing!

at this stage I think its fair to say the worst is behind me, although I do still suffer regular pangs, they are usually gone before i even notice what they are.

i quit 4th march. 10 weeks on wednesday, still have lil pangs as peopel have been describing them as but like a few on here have said by the time you realise what they are its over, dont last long really. ive never gone more then 10 weeks before so i best get praying lol.

11th MARCH!!!

Hi I'm an NSD 2009 quitter! 11th March 2009 never to be forgotten, stopped smoking and started breathing again (properly!).

On my 67th day today can't believe how I've got here, just did'nt put a cig in my mouth this time, seems to be paying off. My energy has gone up, my skin looks fresher, my teeth sparklier and smelling better ahh oh and more ££££££'s in my purse woop woop!! How good is that?!!!!
