into month 3

well im on month 3 again but this is the last time cos im just gonna stay quit this time lol. ive really struggled this time round with the mood swings i felt sorry for my son. luckily the mood swings have more or less gone, and the physical side effcts have been gone for a few weeks know so im sure ive cracked it this time. i daren't be to optamistic as ive been here before but im feeling positive, next week will be week 10 and then it will be the longest ive ever gone without a fag. this is the one!!!

i have ammended my post as i for some reason said that my son had quit to, he is 9 i just wasnt concentrating, something i always tell my boy of for, lol naughty step for me!!!
