really struggling today! day 3 is hard! but for me its more of the physical symptoms that are affecting me. Dizzyness, nausea, a weird feeling in my throat etc.
the good thing is I don't really have a craving for a cig, even the thought of one makes me want to hurl!!
Any support would be appreciated!

Welcome you have come to the right place here you will have fab support and advice. The first few days can be hard but things get easyer really soon honist. The first 72 hours are the hardest but just take things a little at a time. post and read you will soon start to feel better. xxxxx
