Morning all! day 10 and really happy ive made it to this point....After reading the alan carr book yesterday, i know now that ive made the right desision in quitting....glad i no longer doubt my decision because i think it was doubt that always made me fail in the past

Well done on you 10th day. You are right to not doubt, I'm glad you've come this far. In fact, I think doubting is the sign of a dishonest quit (where you don't REALLY want to quit, and there is inner conflict). Like I had last time. Some doubts are ok, and natural, but if you are constantly questioning whether you should be doing this...then you either haven't prepared enough or your reasons are not clear to you.

It sounds like this is IT, Lee. Cheers to a non-smoking life.
