life saved 2 weeks 3 days 8hours

its good to be back on the fourm,have missed it,,i see there are lots off new quitters on here ,thats so good for the fourm,,,to all new quitters its not have as bad as you think it is ,,we have all been there were you lot are now,,we went throught what we call hell week,but hey look at us now,,there is an old saying,,,never ask anybody to do something,that you cant do your self,,so iam saying to all new quitters,,if i can do it so can you lot,so take the bull by the horns and go for it,,so you all just keep the faith,,and most off all keep :D:D
