going into day 4 tomorrow

So im going into day 4 without any tobacco in my system although ive been using cannabis but not tabacco with it. All my friends smoke and it doesnt feel right sitting with them. It feels boring and i need a change to keep up my not smoking.

If it doesn't feel right sitting with your smoking friends then don't

especiallt if you find it boring as that may cause you to cave

Explain to them why you're not sitting with them for the moment

I'm sure they'll understand and try to support you through this
