Day 11.6

For the last two days I've had no craves, I've not even had a single thought about smoking - its like I've never smoked :D.

Even my diet is returning to normal, I'm sleeping real well, not gaining weight and I feel healthier, even my bank manager is happier that I'm not spending his money on a drug habbit.

However  , I know how easy it is for things to change, and I cannot get to complacent, my last quit lasted just short of 6 months so I know how easy it is to fail.

So why am I writing this?, Hopefully to let any one at the early stage of there quit just how easy it is to quit CT, and how quickly you will feel better after quitting.

I have been quit for 1 Week, 3 Days, 16 hours, 17 minutes and 28 seconds (10 days). I have saved £45.06 by not smoking 213 cigarettes. I have saved 17 hours and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 15/04/2009 00:30

Just shows you what a mental trip this is!!! I didn't sound anything like you at day 11! Getting there slowly though :D Excellent job you!! It's smart of you to take the easy route versus the suffering one :D Keep it up... and yes, do remember that the ones who quit easily, pick it back up easily as well!!
