It will be 9 weeks tomorrow that I stopped smoking, I have beaten my previous record by 2 weeks :D I have done it cold turkey this time and the last time too. I have good days & bad days, and still finding it hard at times my. Family and friends are supportive. My daughter is always telling me she is proud of me which helps me to carry on. I wish you all well on your journey and hope you succeed good luck all x

Hi Marg, Thank you for the welcome I have done a lot of reading and you are right it does help. I have been on one of those websites already which is very informative and helpfull. I read the Alan Carr easyway to stop smoking which helped too and I still use it now and again. I've now started to do a lot of walking which I need to do to loose the few pounds that I have gained lol. Congratulations on your 159 days that is so  well done
