cost and health

There are a few reasons why I want to stop, but the two main ones are the cost and my health.

In England a tin of Hamlet minitures is about £3.65, and I smoked about 14 a day which meant sometimes I bought two tins a day , however i didnt always buy 2 tins so say £40 a week, thats TWO THOUSAND AND EIGHTY POUNDS A YEAR!!

My dad died of a heart attack when he was 50 I was in the army 30 years ago when it happened but my mam told me that he was in agony and he was in so much pain she will never forget the look on his face.

I have very high cholesterol and smoking will only make matters worse and improve the chance of a heart attack.

They are my very good reasons for packing in smoking and on day 15.

You've got some really compelling reasons there for sure
