Never been part of a blog or a thread or any of this...... It's taken me 4 days just to figure out how to Post. Today is my 4th day without a smoke. Yesterday was really tough.... I have so enjoyed reading all the messages and have really felt all the support that you have offered each other. It's pretty great!

Hi, Nancy and welcome to the forum. As Marge has already said most of us on the forum feel that education is the key to quittting and staying quit. Mind set is also extremely important and by reading the links some of us have attached to our posts you can understand nictotine addiction and how your body recovers from it. Why Quit also helps by telling you what to expect during your quit. Hope to see your posts often. Keep going!
