Hello everyone. Getting loads better now. Asthma alot better and found the other day i could run without been out ofbreath. Its great. Im taking now nicotine lozenges but i have got myself down to 1 a day or less now. I did give up before but i had a load of problems and started again but now ive been smoke free for 3 weeks. Im determind to not smoke again.

Excellent Mac, keep it up mate, i know im going to, my next move is to stop using the inhaler completely, wont be long now ;)

Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to quit possibly one of the most important you will ever make and you will be losing nothing but you will regain control of your life and that has to be good

You will find all the help and support you need on here as we all help each other just like a family we are here for you every step of the way cheering the good days and sympathiseing with the bad but the good far outweigh the bad

Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off whyquit.com and woofmang.com Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be

Its good to see theres not just me given up smoking. I hope not to have another bad day but im sure i can get though it now. Well done to everyone else that has given up

Welcome Macca, 3 weeks is great well done. This forum is a great place to be. It has made it possible for me to get this far and I'm enjoying seeing others doing well. Post often and let us know how you're doing, it really does help. Jump on board with the rest of THE APRIL SHOWER, together we can be strong and beat this horrid addiction.
