Good Morning on day 4 and well done for getting through those bad craves yesterday, Don't fret about the crying as quitting is very emotional for most of us the sweating is normal to, just your body trying to heal itself from the abuse you've given it and getting rid of the poisons
Yes it does start to get easier but remember if/when you get the craves you now know you can beat them off
Also you'll soon start to really feel the benefits as well just hang in there OK
Really well done for making it through yesterday - give yourself a big pat on the back for that.
Yes, it does get easier, but be ready for moments that hit you without warning and catch you by surprise. There is no room for complacency. But as Marg says, each difficult time you get through gives you more confidence that you can get thru the next one.
Have a good weekend. nicotine bad:mad: - chocolate good
Hi EBTgirl I am so proud of you, you worked through your craves and came out the other side. I am going to use you as my inspiration come Monday.
Biggest hugs X

You can do this, dont be scared of it.... put your main reason to stop right in the front of your mind... focus on it... and tell those demons to F*** right off !!
Its been an emotional and very personal journey, but already its worth it.
