Hello all quitters just thought I would mention today is my 100th day smoke free.

Congratulations - 100 days is a very significant milestone for many, me included.

It was somewhere around this point that I "settled" and stopped having to think about the quit everyday. Being around smokers didn't bother me anymore. Being in a smokey atmosphere didn't bother me.

I had just accepted that I am an ex smoker who has the occasional thought of smoking - but who can freely control it now.

All the best, you certainly do have it beaten.
