Congratulations to Marg and Lindaspicer on your 20 weeks.

Well done Gerry-lee now 4 months and a 5th with your horse, well done. I would have liked to have had a horse and been able to ride.

I appreciate those who have the links on their posts, today I read a lot from the book "Freedom From Nicotine The Journey Home". I have read bits of it before but like most things it makes more and more sense each time I read it. Without all this understanding I dont think I would have got this far.

Im so glad to be able to post to your thread and 20 weeks is an amazing achievement, you are an inspiration and if i think you should be knighted to dame marg, for all you help on here, you always say the right things and make me and lots of others on here get through some tough moments/hours/days, you are always there on hand to pick us up, praise us and push us through our journeys, so maybe a new thread is needed to the lovely dame marg!:D
