Just thought I would say today I completed 2 months without a cigarette:D:

hi wayne,2 months ,wow, feels so good,does in it,,do you get any craves,if so ,how long do day last for,,i get some now and again,but they dont last for long,just a flitten glance and there gone,,you stick with it wayne and you will be ok so just keep the faith tony keep:D

Cravings are nothing more than niggles now I hope they stay that way, I have to say it would have been easier if the wife didnt smoke but maybe in time she will quit as well. Sticking with it and still:D:D

That is fantastic you are doing so well so glad the craves are only niggles I get the odd one but it is my like a fleeting thought than anything else
