Well done on your quit so far, About the strange dreams you are having they are quite common and will pass, As for your disrupted sleep patterns these will return to normal soon enough. read the link below

hi bella, I've had the same problems with my sleep (I'm on day 14 too), I'm finding that taking a Nytol before bed tends to help a lot.

It doesn't totally solve the problem, I still wake up in the middle of the night, but I can get back to sleep again and don't feel too tired the next day.

Might be worth a try if it doesn't improve for you.

Hi Hun i had bad dreams when i was going to bed with the 24/ hour patches on. I also notices that they gave me headaches the next day. So i took them off see how you go without them. If you are using patches that is. But if not then i do not understand why you are having the bad dreams good look with the quitting

yes, as everyone says its normal. I had many odd and vivid ones. Now I am going through the 'smoking' dreams. Bought a pack of ten the other night in my dream and puffed my way through them! They do get better though. Just hang in there xx

No bad dreams last night BUT I was up at 3:30am.... I understand it will pass so I'll just be patient :) Day 15.... yeah! I read on a site that at this time I should have about 2 cravings a day lasting 3 minutes...... WHAT??? For real? My head/mind is sadly not giving me that much of an easy time....... If I think of a cig less than 100 times a day it's a good day..... up to about 47 thoughts already today.... time to distract :) Sorry..... just needed to go on and on for a bit....... you guys do well today!!!!
