Tomorrow is 19 months completed. I'm running out of things to say every month that I haven't already said previously at some point - get your head screwed on right and your quit can be easy and stress-free. You all know the score by now, read, absorb and truly learn to understand your smoking habit. Breaking it is then basic.

Just realised today its gonna be 2 years without a smoke come 1st of july for myself and hopefully many others who quit that time near two years ago. It's shocking how fast its went by and how much we all change!

I know i'll never smoke again, i've been through more this year than many people go through in their lives and the last thing i thought about was a cig!

i'll make a little visit back here on 1st of july to leave a msg for all you who quit on that rememberable day, keep up the great work the rest of you too!
