Day 10 - Craving is intense but...

... it is day 10 so I did not falter.

Missing my ex like a madman although I am not sure I miss her or the nicotine itself, very, very hard to say. I am still going though!

You are doing so well and if you are anything like me, i wouldn't want to go through the first few days again!

Well done 10 days now you are doing really well and no you did not falter yes you are missing your ex but you know this is not the only reason you feel like this a lot of it is the Nicotine Monster trying to drag you bag he is a right sneaky b.........d and will try anything to get you DO NOT LET HIM WIN

we are all here for you and will help as much as we can

As Yok says focus on why you quit you really don't want to go through that again

You have done so well to get where you are just hang in there and keep going

and be very proud of yourself you have every right to be and as Nic says it will get a lot easier very soon

Hello Fergus,

10 day is a killer - I remember it well and posted deparately all over this site! It is the time when it feels like it should be getting easier, but isn't, plus your resolve can weaken a bit around this time.

Please stick with it - it is SOOO worth getting over day 10........ The rewards are fab - taste, clear breathing, no coughing in the morning, no standing outside in the rain smoking..... etc etc.

right day ten for me was bad then i came on here yesterday and felt better now im on day twelve and i do feel really good today so hang on in there
