Day 4.....

Well, It's day 4 and I'm still quit.

Rough day. Still good to go, still strong.

Lots of cravings since I woke up, but I seem to be thinking about it less frequently.

I'm habitually giving myself enough time in the morning for coffee and a smoke, and finding that I'm getting work half an hour early as a result.

I'm excited about this, next week I'm going to begin a new excercise routine, try to drop the spare tire.

Started using my juicer again, having veggies for breakfast in an attempt to help my body heal faster.

Boy this is difficult.

Hang in there it gets much easier quite quickly, try to look upon your cravings as the body healing itself :)

Make sure you look on quitting as positive thing gaining health wealth and control, rather than sacrificing a great pleasure.

Cheers

Nic
