Day 3, still going.

Greetings. I've not posted here before, but it seemed like a good idea since apparently I'm actually going to quit this time.

On Day 3 now. Primarily I'm just tired, and I expect that's got alot to do with the fact that I'm sleeping differently now, and my body is probably using quite a bit of energy repairing itself. I've been eating alot of fruits and veggies, staying away from sweets and drinking a ton of water. Overall I'm feeling strong and ready to finish out this week.

Hi Recall - welcome to this forum!

Well done on deciding to quit - this forum has been the most successful method I have used. Keep posting and let us know how you are getting on. Oh yes - and read lots, get to understand your addiction - know the enemy then you'll have a very good chance of setting yourself free!
