Day three

Hi all

made it to day 3 been a little harder today just getting stressed at work and craving for a smoke,but got through it a smoke wouldn't of helped me sort out the problems at work ,i just had a quiet 10 mins by myself then i was fine.

Hi Dave - day 3 - that's great, you won't have to worry about the nicotine in your body from now on.

I am much less stressed now I have quit smoking than I was as a smoker. I don't have the stress of 'have I got enough fags to last me tonight?' or 'I can't really afford these fags but I need them' and of course all the stresses of worrying about health risks.

Don't worry if you find yourself getting a bit more stressed to start with - you'll soon level out!

Well done for getting through those first 3 days - keep it up Dave!

Well done you 3 days already you now have no nicotine left in your body you are so right a fag would not have stopped the stress

Well done on your day three. Yesterday I done over time in work (School cleaner) With my mate she smokes I felt quite sorry for her cos most of the day she was stressing. looking To see where the headmaster was so she could have a sneaky fag and when she came back in the smell yuck. You keep strong mate you will be proud when you reach week two. xxxxx
