Ok, there were a couple of hairy moments, but honestly, I will never ever go back to that horrible place I was as a smoker.

I am the living proof that it CAN be done! I lost count of the number of times I "tried" to stop in the past. And for anyone just thinking about stopping, or who has recently stopped, this for me was the key - don't "try" - just STOP - just DO IT!
