anyway today i will not smoke and am starting to feel the benefits already

Well done day four sorry about your daughter but you never know she may give it another go. it must be in her mind and seeing you get though a week or so dont say anything just SHOW her how good you feel. You will soon be on week two good for you girl.xxxx

congrats on day 4,,pity about your daughter,,but for now consentrat on you own quit,,you will be ok izzy..just memorrize the meaning of H,A.L.T...hunger,,anger..lonely..tired,,all of them appley when you quit smoking,,so be strong and keep the faith tony keep:D:D
